A longtime Houston-area resident, he is the person on the team most likely to notice an awkward attic access route before anyone starts carrying equipment through the house, and he spends many weekends helping coach his son's youth basketball team.
Marisol coordinates scheduling, homeowner questions, and project details so the field team arrives with a clear scope. She grew up in southeast Texas, keeps a carefully organized vegetable garden at home, and is known around the office for catching small scheduling conflicts before they become big ones.
We begin by listening to what prompted the call. Sometimes a homeowner has visible low insulation. Sometimes a room stays uncomfortable, a contractor disturbed the attic, or a remodel is approaching the stage when insulation needs to be planned. Caleb or a member of the field team reviews the attic conditions and separates what appears necessary from what may be optional.
Once the scope is clear, Marisol coordinates the project details and Darnell helps guide field execution. We plan preparation before installation, protect practical access areas, and review the attic when the work is complete. The goal is a straightforward process in which every step has a reason.
