Attic Insulation Houston is a Houston-area residential attic insulation company built around a simple idea: understand the attic first, then recommend the work that actually fits it.
Owner Caleb Turner grew up in Spring, Texas, where he spent school breaks helping his uncle with residential repairs and remodeling jobs. He became familiar with hot attic spaces long before he thought of turning that experience into a business. On project after project, he saw insulation pushed aside for wiring, compressed around service paths, left thin above remodeled rooms, or simply forgotten after another trade finished its work.
As Caleb spent more time around Houston-area renovation projects, he noticed homeowners were often given two extreme choices: add more insulation without much investigation or remove everything and start over. He believed there was room for a more practical approach. Sometimes an attic needed a full reset, but often it needed careful preparation, air sealing, restored coverage, and a clear explanation of why each step mattered.
That approach became Attic Insulation Houston. Caleb now works with field supervisor Darnell Brooks and project coordinator Marisol Garza to serve homeowners across greater Houston. The company remains focused on residential attics, straightforward communication, and insulation plans shaped by the actual condition of each home rather than a preset package.
We focus on Attic Insulation Top-Off, Blown-In Insulation, Insulation Removal, Air Sealing, New Additions & Remodels, and Attic Assessments. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you call.
We are based around Houston and serve Texas, including Conroe, Tomball, Humble, Kingwood, Sugar Land, Spring, Klein, League City, Clear Lake, Cypress, Katy, Pearland, Aldine, Rosenberg, and Cinco Ranch.
We want to understand existing insulation, access, disturbed areas, and visible preparation needs before deciding what the project should include.
Homeowners should not need to learn trade jargon to make a good decision. We explain what we see, what we recommend, and what can reasonably wait.
Attic work happens inside occupied homes. We plan access carefully, keep the work path under control, and make cleanup part of the job rather than an afterthought.
A larger scope is not automatically a better scope. We would rather recommend the work that serves a clear purpose than add steps simply because they can be sold.
