Careers
We look for people who are comfortable working in residential environments, communicate clearly, and understand that good attic work depends on preparation as much as installation. Experience is useful, but reliability, attention to detail, and respect for homeowners matter just as much.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing attic insulation properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in attic insulation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
